Where We Come From

HR Houdini’s founder spent years at the intersection of AI and HR data as a co-founder of PredictiveHR (www.predictivehr.com) – a company built around applying machine learning to workforce analytics, HR data quality, and predictive modeling. That work produced multiple patents in AI-driven HR data analysis and cleansing, and a hard-won understanding of how organizations actually manage – and mismanage – workforce data at scale.

What became clear over those years was a persistent gap: organizations had enormous amounts of workforce data sitting in their HR and payroll systems, but the tools available to analyze it were either too slow, too expensive, too generic, or simply too dumb. Reports took days to produce. Consultants cost a fortune. Dashboards showed you numbers but left you to figure out what they meant.

The new generation of AI changed the calculus entirely.
